For people who do not smoke, it is best to stay away from people who do not, because studies have shown that smokers are exposed to the risk of cancer due to secondary smoke inhalation.
Finally, it is best to always start the day with a positive outlook.Studies have also shown that the practice makes a person feel happier, smiling produces the same effect.


And a smile can do a lot to be contagious and positive sense. 

It shines in just one day but not others as well.
